The $89.95 rebate is only valid with purchase of new Comcast High Speed Online residential service online at select authorized retailers of Comcast High Speed Online; and a Motorola Wireless Cable Modem purchased on or after 11/01/2009 and on or before 11/30/2009. The $89.95 rebate offer is a combination of a $49.95 mail-in rebate from Broadbandoffers.com and $40.00 mail-in product rebate. Not valid with any other discount. The rebate is limited to new customers of Comcast High Speed Online residential service who are residents of the 50 United States, over 18 years of age and able to contract in their own name, and former residential customers whose previous accounts were in good standing when service was terminated. New residential service customers are defined as customers who have not had Comcast High Speed Online residential service during the previous 60 days. Comcast High Speed Online residential service purchased must be activated for a minimum of 30 days. If service has been canceled before the 30-day minimum and the rebate had been redeemed, Broadbandoffers.com reserves the right to recover the full dollar amount of the rebate. You must be an end-user purchaser, and not a manufacturer agency, distributor or reseller, to obtain this promotional offer. You must submit the original rebate form completely filled out with the original shipping invoice, a copy of all pages of your first month's service bill and the original Bar Code label cut from the product package.
